Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Information

يرحّب بكم فريق عمل تطبيق بصمتي، ويتقدّم إليكم بالتحية نيابة عن إدارة شؤون الموظفين في شركة حماية ، و يفيدكم تطبيق بصمتي و الذي هو مطور و مملوك بالكامل لشركة حماية السعودية بأنه حرصاً منه و لإدراكه التام بأن الموظف له حقوق، فإن شركة حماية السعودية عبر تطبيق بصمتي تسعى للحفاظ على المعلومات الخاصة بالموظفين وفقاً لآلية سياسة الخصوصية وسرية المعلومات المعمول بها في تطبيق بصمتي . وعليه فإن تطبيق بصمتي يوضّح لكم بأن سياسة الخصوصية وسرية المعلومات التي سيتم التعامل مع معلوماتكم الخاصة بكم بموجبها كما يلي:

The Bassmati application team welcomes you and extends its greetings to you on behalf of the Personnel Affairs Department at Hemaya Company. The Bassmati application, which is developed and wholly owned by the Saudi Hemaya Company, informs you that out of its concern and full awareness that the employee has rights, the Saudi Hemaya Company, through the application Basmati seeks to preserve employee information in accordance with the privacy policy and information confidentiality mechanism in force in the Basmati application. Accordingly, the Basmati application clarifies to you that the privacy policy and confidentiality of information under which your information will be dealt with is as follows:

أولاً: المعلومات التي يحصل عليها تطبيق بصمتي ويحتفظ بها في قواعد بياناته

First: The information that the Basmati application obtains and maintains in its databases

عمل تطبيق بصمتي على جمع بيانات الموقع الخاصة بكم حيث ان استخدام التطبيق الأساسي هو اثبات حضور الموظف الى مقر عمله و اثبات انصرافه من مقر عمله ضمن أوقات الدوام المحددة مسبقا للموظف بحيث يتأكد التطبيق من أنك في موقع عملك الصحيح أثناء اثبات حضورك أو انصرافك من الدوام و لا يمكن لك إتمام العملية الا بالموافقة على حفظ موقعك في قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بنا.

The Bassmati application collects your location data, as the primary use of the application is to prove the employee’s attendance at his workplace and to prove his departure from his workplace within the employee’s pre-determined working hours, so that the application makes sure that you are in the correct work location while proving your attendance or departure from work. You cannot complete the process unless you agree to save your site in our database.

ثانياً: هل تطبيق بصمتي يشارك هذه المعلومات؟

Second: Does the Basmati app share this information?

طبيعة الحال فإن تطبيق بصمتي يسعى بالاحتفاظ بهذه المعلومات بما يحفظ خصوصية الموظف، وتطبيق بصمتي لا يحتفظ بهذه المعلومات إلا بهدف اثبات حضورك الى موقع دوامك و كقاعدة عامة فإن معلومات موقعك أو الطلبات المرسلة من قبلك لإدارة الشركة لا يطلع عليها إلا قسم شؤون الموظفين و الإدارة التنفيذية في الشركة التي تعمل بها، ولن يقوموا بنشرها أو بثها للغير. و حيث أن تطبيق بصمتي يسعى للحفاظ على سلامة المستخدمين، فإنه – في حالة ملاحظة تطبيق بصمتي لأي نشاط غير نظامي أو غير شرعي يقوم به الموظف – فإن تطبيق بصمتي قد يقوم بإبلاغ قسم شؤون الموظفين و الإدارة التنفيذية في الشركة التي تعمل بها

In the nature of the situation, the Basmati application seeks to retain this information in a way that preserves the employee’s privacy, and the Basmati application does not retain this information except for the purpose of proving your attendance at your work location. As a general rule, your location information or requests sent by you to the company’s management are only seen by the Personnel Affairs Department and the Executive Management. In the company you work for, they will not publish or broadcast it to others. Since the Bassmati application seeks to maintain the safety of users, - in the event that the Bassmati application notices any irregular or illegal activity carried out by the employee - the Bassmati application may inform the Personnel Affairs Department and the executive management of the company in which you work.

ثالثاً: ما هو مدى أمان سرية المعلومات الخاصة بالتطبيق؟

Third: How secure is the confidentiality of information about the application?

يسعى تطبيق بصمتي إلى سرية المعلومات وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالموظفين و لن يخالف أحكام هذه القواعد والسياسة. ولكن نظراً لعدم إمكانية ضمان ذلك 100% عبر وسائل الإنترنت فإن فريق عمل تطبيق بصمتي ينوّه بما يلي: يسعى تطبيق بصمتي بالحفاظ على جميع المعلومات الخاصة بالموظف وألا يطلع عليها أحد بما يخالف هذه السياسة المعمول بها في تطبيق بصمتي. يعمل على حماية هذه المعلومات عن طريق "سيرفرات خاصة بالشركة محمية و مشغلة من قبل قسم تقنية المعلومات في شركة حماية السعودية.

Bassmati application seeks to maintain the confidentiality of employees’ information and privacy policy and will not violate the provisions of these rules and policy. However, since it is not possible to guarantee this 100% via the Internet, the Bassmati application team notes the following: The Bassmati application seeks to preserve all employee information and not allow anyone to view it in violation of this policy applicable to the Bassmati application. It works to protect this information through “the company’s own servers that are protected and operated by the Information Technology Department of the Saudi Protection Company.

رابعاً: هل هناك طرف ثالث في العلاقة بين تطبيق بصمتي و الموظف؟

Fourth: Is there a third party in the relationship between the Bassmati application and the employee?

لا يوجد أي طرف ثالث حيث أن التطبيق مطور و مملوك بالكامل من قبل الشركة التي تعمل بها و لا يتم نشر بيانات موقعك المحفوظة لأي طرف ثالث.

There is no third party, as the application is fully developed and owned by the company you work for, and your saved location data is not published to any third party.

قد تحتوي هذه الخدمة على روابط لموقع شؤون الموظفين الخاص بالشركة (www.hrsys.hemaya.com.sa). إذا قمت بالنقر فوق الرابط ، فسيتم توجيهك إلى هذا الموقع. لاحظ أن هذا الموقع الخارجي مملوك للشركة و يمكنك عرض بياناتك و وثائقك لدى الشركة بأمان.

This service may contain links to the company's personnel website (www.hrsys.hemaya.com.sa). If you click on the link, you will be directed to that site. Note that this external site is owned by the company and you can view your data and documents with the company safely.

سادسا: قواعد وأحكام استخدام تطبيق بصمتي 

Sixth: Rules and provisions for using the Bassmati application:

إن جميع التزامات تطبيق بصمتي، وجميع التزامات الموظفين، وجميع الحقوق الواردة في العلاقة بين الموظف وتطبيق بصمتي، محفوظة لدى الشركة التي تعمل بها و استخدامك للتطبيق فقط بما يخص العلاقة العمالية بينك كموظف و بين شركة حماية السعودية كصاحب عمل.إن جميع التزامات تطبيق بصمتي، وجميع التزامات الموظفين، وجميع الحقوق الواردة في العلاقة بين الموظف وتطبيق بصمتي، محفوظة لدى الشركة التي تعمل بها و استخدامك للتطبيق فقط بما يخص العلاقة العمالية بينك كموظف و بين شركة حماية السعودية كصاحب عمل.

All obligations of the Bassmati application, all obligations of employees, and all rights contained in the relationship between the employee and the Bassmati application, are reserved to the company in which you work and your use of the application is only with regard to the labor relationship between you as an employee and the Saudi Protection Company as an employer. All obligations of the Bassmati application, All employee obligations, and all rights contained in the relationship between the employee and the Bassmati application, are reserved by the company you work for, and your use of the application is only related to the labor relationship between you as an employee and the Saudi Protection Company as an employer.
